Able Training: specialists in person centered training
With a wide choice of training companies out there, we understand you need at least one good reason to select your training provider. The good news is, we have five…
A person-centred approach to training
Particularly in the social care sector, it is important that your training addresses not just the needs of your organisation and staff but the needs of your clients too. We understand and support your values in working with your clients.
A specialist approach to training
If you need people trained in managing challenging behaviour, conflict and aggression, you need a provider who understands your issues and can deal with them sensitively. Our trainers are highly experienced, particularly in social care settings, and bring their high standards to training in more mainstream topics too.
An enjoyable approach to training
If your experience of training courses is that they are a dull way of meeting your obligations, try a different approach. We are known for making our training friendly, relaxed and enjoyable – and learners who enjoy their training not only apply what they have learned more effectively, they are keener to come back for refreshers and advanced training too.
An affordable approach to training
With pressures on budgets as well as on your time you need to ensure that you get good value for your training investment. Talk to us about how we can most cost-effectively meet your training needs – a planned programme that covers all you need can be very affordable.
A reliable approach to training
If you’ve ever been let down by a training provider you’ll know the knock-on effect to your organisation that can have. That’s the last thing we want for you. With our network of hand-picked trainers we are confident that we will never need to reschedule your course – if we do, you get it for half price.
