What first aid training do I or my company need?

The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 require that in order to provide first aid to their employees who are injured or become ill at work, employers must have adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and personnel. How do I get an SIA licence and how much does it cost?

You can apply for your licence by going to the SIA website and either requesting an application pack or filling in an E-Form. Please follow the link http://www.sia.homeoffice.gov.uk/Pages/licensing-applying.aspx

The licence application fee is £220 for a three year licence. Discounts are available if you require more than one licence.
