Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a group of behavioural symptoms that include inattentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsiveness. It is the most common behavioural disorder in the UK. Estimates suggest if affects around 2-5% of school-aged children and young people.

This ADHD awareness training course outlines what ADHD is, how to recognise it and how to support an individual who displays ADHD. Delegates will learn how to develop communication strategies and how to deal with behavioural challenges.
