First Aid

First Aid Awareness/ Refresher

This course is suitable if you would like you or your staff to have a basic knowledge of first aid but don't require the full accredited courses. It can also be used as induction training or as the HSE recommended annual refresher.

Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)

Successfully completing a 1 day (6 hour) Emergency First Aid at Work course will enable the delegate to act as a first-aider within their workplace. Continuous assessment of participants' practical skills takes place throughout the course.

First Aid at Work (FAW) (HSE approved)

Meet the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 with a three day course (18 hours) that covers an extensive range of first aid emergencies, and how to deal with them.

First Aid at Work (Re-qualification)

This is a 2 day (12 hour) course for qualified First Aiders to update their practical skills and knowledge leading to First Aid at work certificate renewal.

First Aid Scenario Workshops

First aid scenario workshops give attendees a chance to pressure test their first aid skills, check their knowledge and update their training. These workshops can be adapted to include scenarios that suit your work environment and dangers.

CPR & A.E.D (Defibrillator) Training Level 2

This half day qualification provides learners with skills to further their First Aid training. It is recommended as training for first aiders in the workplace environment who have access to a defibrillator.

Paediatric First Aid (1 or 2 day)

The course provides theoretical and practical training in First Aid techniques that are specific to infants aged 0 to 1, and children aged from 1 year old to the onset of puberty. For the purposes of Registered Childcare provision and Early Years childcare within England, Wales and Northern Ireland, the Candidate must successfully complete the full 2 day Level 2 Award in Paediatric First Aid.
