This course is suitable if you would like you or your staff to have a basic knowledge of first aid but don't require the full accredited courses. It can also be used as induction training or as the HSE recommended annual refresher.

This half day (3 hour) course gives people who need some knowledge of First Aid either for work or home a great introduction to understanding the principles of First Aid it also gives pre-trained First Aiders an opportunity to brush up on the critical elements and principles.

This course is a valuable confidence booster for anyone learning or updating their First Aid understanding. 

The course is delivered in a fun and informal manner that helps the learners to enjoy the new skills they are developing and build confidence in their abilities.
