This half day course will provide candidates with the basic knowledge and understanding of food safety to allow them to fulfil their legal duties. 

This course is available on request for retail, manufacturing or catering and is perfectly suitable for low risk roles (e.g. Food servers, bar staff etc) that only require a basic level .

Entry for the course needs no former knowledge of food safety and therefore is ideal for use as part of a company induction programme.

The course could also be used as refresher training to maintain and improve food safety standards within an organisation.
