The refresher course for the Level 2 food safety is a half day course that refreshes the attendees knowledge before they complete the level 2 exam .
This is an accredited course through the HABC and can be offered specifically to suit the work situation whether that is retail, manufacturing or catering.
Attendees will be ABLE to:
- Follow food safety law
- Understand microbiology
- Prevent food contamination
- Practise HACCP
- Explain spoilage and preservation
- Summarise good personal hygiene
- Check premises and equipment
- Operate pest control
- Perform cleaning and disinfection
