This update course is only available to those that have already completed a previous Physical intervention course with ABLE Training within the last 12 months.

Dependent on the level originally certified the update will run for half a day, one or 2 days. We highly recommend this training to be carried out annually

Breakaway update  3Hours

Breakaway and restraint 6 Hours

Physical intervention advanced  2 days

Attendees will practice and be reminded of previously taught techniques and learn about any changes to techniques that have occurred since their last PI training. They will also be made aware of any changes in  the law regarding PI that may have occurred.

Attendees will be ABLE to:

• Feel confident that their techniques are up to date and still meet current guidelines
• Remind themselves of the correct application of the techniques
