In April, the ABLE Training team traveled to the NEC in Birmingham for the first Dementia Care & Nursing Home Expo. We were excited to meet people from the Dementia Care community to discuss our training and how it benefits those working closely with those will the illness and the event didn’t disappoint. We met lots of people who became interested in our product and received some wonderful feedback.
We are thrilled to announce that during the event, we received a finalist award for ‘Outstanding Care Home Service’. This, together with the amazing response we received from our stand and Andy Baker’s talk on ‘Violence in Care: person-centered Risk Reduction Strategies’ made for a successful first exhibition for us.
We look forward to exhibiting next year!
