Equality and Diversity Overview:
This half day course aims to raise awareness of Equality & Diversity in the workplace and encourage candidates to reflect on their values, attitudes and opinions and explores how prejudices develop. They will consider the benefits of diversity to an organisation as well as the different forms that discrimination can take.
The course is delivered over 3 hours
Our group training is offered for 3-15 attendees per trainer
What is covered:
Candidates will gain awareness of discriminatory practice under the new equality act and gain knowledge on how to promote equal opportunities for all and recognise the value of diversity.
