What do you do at Able Training?

I am an office assistant,  so day to day I support the rest of the team in maintaining the back office of Able training. I also support and communicate with our team of trainers around the country, ensuring they are keeping upto date with current guidance and regulations around the courses they deliver. I also manage the social media marketing for Able Training.

What are your past experiences that help you in your current role?

Having studied drama at university, I am easily directed when someone has given me a job to do. I have also had experience in social media marketing in the past for promoting an events company while studying at university.

What do you like about working at Able?

I am surrounded by a great support system. Everyone works as a team at ABLE and there is no pressure to be the best straight away, there is always opportunity to learn new skills and everyone is willing to help you along the way to build experience.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I enjoy anything to do with art; drawing, painting, reading plays, it helps me to unwind. I also enjoy learning new things, so I like to watch documentaries, or read up on different facts in my spare time as well.
