You will learn how neurological, congenital, developmental, obstructions, muscular conditions etc causes dysphagia. You will learn what the swallow test, naseoendoscopy, and video fluoroscopy and how they are used to test for dysphagia. You will learn how swallowing therapy, dietary changes, feeding tubes, medication and surgery, botox and endoscopic dilation can be sued to treat dysphagia. You will also learn what covert medication is and how it is administered.
