Through our Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for children course you will gain an understanding of what CBT is and the concepts and principles that it is based around. You will develop an understanding of how CBT can assist and help manage other disorders. You will identify strategies that will assist with using CBT with children and others in different environments. You will learn how to use and adapt cognitive conceptualisation to aid with children.
