In official surveys, 24% of NHS staff have reported bullying, harassment, or some form of abuse form of abuse from colleagues or senior figures.
Through our Bullying and Harassment course, you will gain an understand of the 2 primary fields where bullying occurs. You will learn what The Equality Act 2010 is. You will learn the difference between direct discrimination, indirect discrimination, perceived discrimination, associated discrimination, harassment, and victimisation. You will learn what UNISON and ACAS is. You will learn what organisation changes, inappropriate work system, negative leadership style, poor workplace culture and relations, and workforce characteristics are relating to risk factors in the workplace. You will learn the 6 points of developing risk assessments. You will also learn how to manage bullying and harassment.

Our Bullying and Harassment course is for anyone who works within an environment with other individuals. Whatever care or non-care sector you work in our session will provide you with the information to notice signs and potentially prevent bullying from taking place.
