Whether you are lone working, travelling to an unfamiliar location, or simply going about your daily routine, personal safety courses can help you stay safe and secure.

At the core, personal safety training teaches individuals how to assess potential risks and avoid dangerous situations. This includes recognising and responding to potential threats, such as suspicious individuals, aggressive behaviour, and other indicators of danger. By understanding how to recognise these warning signs, individuals can take proactive steps to avoid potentially dangerous situations.

In addition to risk assessment, personal safety courses also covers a variety of practical self-defence techniques. This includes physical techniques such as basic strikes, blocks, and holds, as well as mental strategies for de-escalating potentially violent situations.
